The combined consulting skill base of both organizations will provide customers with a true assessment of their business requirements culminating in an ERP recommendation from the Microsoft stable that precisely meets those requirements. The two organisations have strong capabilities in supply chain consulting in management, operations and ERP, both nationally and internationally.
Mr Garry Childs, Managing Director of Moore Stephens Technology in New South Wales, said the arrangement brings together the significant product knowledge and experience as well as considerable business consulting expertise of both organisations to achieve a union of great strength.
“Our focus is predominantly around the Dynamics AX product,” Mr Childs said. “Our strength is consulting with clients to ensure their businesses are ready for a new system and ensuring the product meets the business’ requirements rather than the business changing the way it operates to meet the new software’s functionality.”
Peter Cox, General Manager of the Dialog Dynamics Business, said the agreement represented a true collaboration of experience and resources with no competing forces.
“Dialog has the largest Microsoft Dynamics NAV business in Australia,” Mr Cox said.
“We welcome the opportunity to leverage the national and international credibility of Moore Stephens to offer our NAV customers supply chain business consulting, particularly in warehouse management and logistics, and consistency of support throughout the Asia Pacific region and other global locations.
“This is also positive for Microsoft and the customer,” Mr Cox continued, “as it consolidates and expands two successful businesses, and provides the customer with
two options from one source with international capability.”
